Pre-Requisites: Continuing class from Fall 2011. Those
who have experience with Vipassana meditation and Aaron’s teachings may
apply to join this continuing class by contacting the teachers. This
class is a required foundation for a second, deeper class coming in Fall
2012.
Cost: $96 (building fee) with an opportunity to offer
dana for the
teacher.

Continuing Class from Fall 2011. In her book, Cosmic Healing, Barbara Brodsky, candidly and with great heart, shares her life story in a way that brings alive the variety of spiritual practices that have enabled her to let go of blockages and distortions in experiencing her spiritual essence and to open to deep levels of awareness, love and wisdom.
These practices include Vipassana and Pure Awareness Meditation, Working with Inner Guidance, and Supporting Changes in our physical and spiritual bodies, including release of karma, through work with body energy, chakras, the elements, sound and devotional Open Heart practices.
We will use Cosmic Healing as a guide for developing an understanding of our own spiritual path, related changes in consciousness and ability to express love, light and wisdom.
Aaron will lead one class a month with a lecture and discussion of key topics in the book.
The second class in the month will be discussion and practice related to Aaron’s talks and Cosmic Healing reading assignments.
This class will be a required foundation for a second, deeper class in fall of 2012.
