For Beginners: Introduction to Meditation Workshop

Level 1 - Beginning level and anyone desiring a review of the basic
instructions.
Cost: $24 (building fee) with an opportunity to offer
dana for the
teacher.
Registration:
Pre-registration requested, but walk-ins are welcome.
Where: Deep Spring Center
An introduction to insight meditation; no
experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothes; cushions and chairs
provided. For more information about content, contact the teachers
